| Due to the rapid development of China,with the improvement of people’s living standard,more and more people are in favor of the automobile.With more and more cars,the state of automobile exhaust emission is strict increasingly,and the automobile exhaust emissions into the national laws and regulations,reduce exhaust emissions is not slow responsibility.PCV valve is an important part of crankcase of automobile engine,which has the functions of reducing exhaust emission,reducing corrosion and reducing engine abnormal sound and so on.In this paper,a type of gasoline engine PCV valve project as the basis,the model design,simulation and test verification are carried out.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)First of all,this paper introduces the positive crankcase ventilation(PCV valve),and analyzes the working conditions of PCV valve under different working conditions.The use of solidworks to establish three-dimensional model of the seven parts of the PCV valve,the comparison of the selection of various parts of the material,the paper focuses on the design of PCV valve structure.(2)Second,use of ANSYS/CFD finite element analysis software,the simplified PCV valve assembly into the ANSYS,the number of grid nodes 1569563,the number of units of 7431455.Can be solved by using CFX software,the residual convergence accuracy of 10-5,through the flow streamlines and internal velocity distribution analysis,available structure design calculation and simulation error is about 7%,to prove the feasibility of the design theory.(3)Finally,according to the experimental conditions,using the forward flow detection,reverse leakage detection device,tensile test bench and other equipment for the forward flow,reverse leakage,axial force,radial shear force experiment of PCV valve performance research,the experimental results show that the performance meets the design requirements.Through the above analysis,a series of design,simulation and test,the three-dimensional model of the PCV valve parts,valve set to improve the PCV development process,to provide theoretical and practical basis of project development of PCV valve. |
