Assembly is the last step of product design and manufacturing,and also the most critical and important step in the product manufacturing cycle.The 50 percent of the product quality depends on the assembly processes,so the assembly process of the product is very indispensable.With the development of the MBD(Model Based Definition)and PMI(Product Manufacturing Information)technology,makes the application of three-dimensional model is more and more widely,guided by the 2D drawings of the traditional assembly way already cannot satisfy the need of actual production,the three-dimensional model is used as the core to carry out parallel work,which achieves the information transmission needed in the whole process of product design and manufacturing,makes the manufacturing process easier to understand the design intentions,and ensures the uniqueness of the data sources in the design and manufacturing process,which fundamentally changes the two-dimensional serial mode of traditional design and manufacturing,it has very important significance to shorten the product development cycle and save the manufacturing cost.Therefore,according to the actual production requirements of the enterprise,the research on the technology of assembly and field visualization based on three-dimensional model is carried out.The specific work contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper studies the organizational model of assembly process based on three-dimensional model,including the composition of three-dimensional assembly process elements,the manifestation of three-dimensional features and the organizational form of each structural object of assembly process elements.Based on "process-product-plant-resource",a structural model of 3P1 R is constructed,in order to ensure the data of structure tree.The process tree,which is the only basis for product assembly,is established.Secondly,the idea and method of rapid creation of process model for assembly process are put forward.Through verification in a process design software,the process model is created synchronously based on product BOM and process structure of assembly process,the highlight and implicit control of three-dimensional model,the logical state control before and after process model,the rapid change of process model and the Department are realized.Fast compilation of assembly process animation solves the problem of collaboration and rapid construction between process and model.Then,the visual operation guidance technology of assembly site is studied,and the management method of three-dimensional process data of assembly site is put forward,including the process approval,change and release process;the problem of precise display between objects,processes and models is solved;and the application scenario of the display carrier of workshop assembly is introduced.For the secret-related enterprises,the method of safe transmission of process data is also proposed.Finally,this paper constructs a prototype system framework of assembly visualization for guiding assembly site,studies the storage mechanism and data integration method of three-dimensional process data,develops a prototype system of assembly visualization,and validates the system with an example of a certain type of satellite assembly process.The research results will provide strong support for the all-round development of 3D digital assembly process design and manufacturing.
