| The valve assembly is an important component of the aircraft engine. Its performance has a bearing on the performance of the overall aircraft engine as well as the performance of the aircraft. It is essential to test and analyze the performance of valve, assembly before putting into use. So it requires the specialized tester. The valve assembly tester is a non-standard equipment which designed for testing the integrated function of valve assembly.This paper generally did the academic research and work listed bellow.(1) Introduce the development of the valve assembly tester at home and abroad, analyze the market perspective and necessity of the valve assembly tester.(2) Introduce the composing and principle of valve assembly, design the system structure of the valve assembly tester according as technical conditions, including the hydraulic system and control system.(3) Research the break time of valve assembly tester in detail. Based on the flux continuum equation and power balance equation, this paper establishes the arithmetic models of its components and system. The break time of valve assembly tester is simulated with Simulink. The arithmetic model and stimulating result compared the experiment result in order to verify the establishment of a Mathematical model and the feasibility of the correct simulation method.(4) Research the temperature control system of valve assembly tester in detail. The temperature control projects are designed in this paper. The method of temperature control project and mathematic module are given. The process of temperature control is simulated in Simulink. The temperature control system is simple and dependable and the measurement precision is±2℃.The research indicates: The valve assembly is an important component of the aircraft engine. Because of its complex structure, characteristic and so on, it needs to use the method of the computer simulation to conduct the experimental study. The research has the significance of practical application and certain theory value. This paper based on the background study which has carried on the modeling and simulation research using MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation result and the test result are basically consistent. This simulation method may continue to develop and improve gradually in future research, so that the simulation method becomes more and more effective application in the field of aero-engine. |
