Nursing Home Indoor Environment Design Study In Northeast China

Taking care of elders are becoming the hottest question between us,some regions of China advocate 9703 Service,which is about ’family should take care of elders’ for 70 percent;’community should take care of elders’ for 7 percent;’nursing homes’ for 3 percent.This statement is also the statement of future elders in China.How can two hundred and twenty million of elders live?How can let them go to a nursing home?How can we change the environment of nursing homes better?These main questions are discussed by the indoor designers,and nursing home workers.The first section of the article is the analyze of the elders’problems of China,the reasons,and the solutions;find a suitable nursing home in Changchun which should be fine to the weather in Changchun.The second section of the article is about the background of a phase diagram that shows the research of elders’ mental and physical,also includes the effects of the late time of elders.The analyzes of either the best Chinese cases,and foreign cases,give later reasons and supports.The third chapter carries on the questionnaire survey and talking through the sampling of the nursing home Changchun in the elderly,from the point of view of the indoor environment satisfaction and demand two aspects,found that nursing homes at this stage in Changchun city in the old people are satisfied with the overall environment they live,but in the use of space area and the protection of privacy there is a lack of universal and some existing problems.And through the four seasons joy of the elderly apartment on the spot investigation,found that the indoor function interval distribution is not reasonable,the lack of effective transition space.At the same time,some facilities and facilities in the indoor bedroom and the washroom space are not reasonable,and some suggestions and solutions are put forward for the design defects.The fourth chapter is an old building for Changchun city transformation,for the construction of the old space,which according to the old people’ s needs to deepen the concept and design,and explore the special service to the elderly living essentials of indoor environment design.I hope this paper for the old northeast regional space environment under consideration and design exploration,deepening design can serve the Northeast home indoor space environment,improve the old people,the old fitness endowment life quality of life,the comfort and practicality when the balanced development in the design,finally get a safe,warm,comfortable living spaces for the elderly.
