Renovation Interior Design Of Yikangshou Nursing Home

With the increasing number of elderly people and ageing population in China,and the consequent problem has become an increasingly prominent social problem.The rapid increase in the size of the elderly population has brought heavy pressure on government,and has gradually become a hot social issue in China.Undoubtedly,the construction of elderly care facilities will become one of the main ways to alleviate the pressure of government.At the same time,research on the interior space design of urban nursing homes based on the elder's physiological decline and psychological needs has certain social value and practical significance.By researching of nursing facilities aroud domestic and overseas,the dissertation starts with self-care,care,and assistance for the physical and mental needs of the elderly based on the principles of barrier-free design,humanized design,and universal design,systematically design the interior space of Yikang Shou Nursing Home.First of all,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life of the elderly and the working efficiency of the staff,the rational design of each functional unit is designed to enhance the rationality of the traffic line.Secondly,modularize the design of each functional division system,strengthen the versatility and feasibility of the design,emphasize the diversity and variability of space design,and improve the utilization of space.Finally,the project specifically takes the living space as a key design module,and designs details from the perspective of aging,such as color,furnishings,greening,etc.,and strives to create a warm,comfortable,natural and livable space atmosphere for the elderly.This project creates a positive elderly care environment for the elderly from a design perspective,reflecting the value of the design,as well as respect for people and humanistic care.Based on the research and practical results of this project's dissertation,suggestions are made for the design of the interior space of the existing building for the elderly facility.At the same time,the overall design of space function division,plane function layout,relationship between human scales and behavioral activities,and the creation of space atmosphere are comprehensively designed,and the systematic study of the nursing home space design from multiple aspects is explained to the elderly group and the the value and significance of society.It can be seen from this design that when designing the interior space of the nursing facility,the designer must not only pursue the artistic quality of the design,but also must comprehensively consider the physical changes,psychological needs,emotional comfort needs of the elderly,and emphasize the practicality of design.
