In order to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, it is the key jobto reduce energy consumption, improve utilization efficiency and development newrenewable energy.The amount of low-temperature waste heat resources is huge, but waste heatrecovery is difficult. The common recovery mode is to use waste heat resources aslow-temperature heat source of heat pump technologies at present. Use small amountsof high-grade energy as impetus and produce high-temperature heating water anddomestic water.This paper mainly contrasts and analyzes the technicality and economy ofcompression heat pump and absorption heat pump, to provide some references forpractical applications.The effect on the performance of compression heat pump and absorption heatpump from external temperature conditions were analyzed in this paper.. Externalconditions mainly include water temperature, supply water temperature and drivingheat source temperature of absorption heat pump.The recovery rate, energy-saving efficiency and energy-using completeness oftwo kinds of heat pumps, determine influence factors and application conditions andput forward some suggestions for practical operation were also analyzed. The keypoint of energy-using completeness analysis is to determine energy losses of eachmain component. It is important to optimize the internal structure and externaltemperature conditions of evaporator and generator of absorption heat pump.This paper established an economic evaluation model, which including economiccosts, such as initial investment, annual operating cost, government subsidy, heatprice etc., and economic benefits, such as energy-saving benefit from waste heatrecovery, environmental benefit from reducing the burning of fossil fuels. Contrast theeconomy of compression heat pump, absorption heat pump and gas boiler accordingto static payback period and net present value.This paper selects two actual cases to analyze the technicality and economy. Findout the differences between cases and theoretical analysis and analyze the reasons. Finally, current national policy was analyzed and suggestions for manufacturingenterprise were put forward.
