With the development of society,the problem of road traffic gradually attracted people's attention.Rail transit as a way to improve the traffic environment has begun to get the strong support of the Government,so to protect the safety of rail transit has become an urgent problem.The normal operation of the key electrical equipment is the basic prerequisite for the safe operation of the rail transit,so the performance test of the key electrical equipment of the vehicle is also paid more and more attention.Traditional simulation experiment is not only inefficient,labor intensive,slow in measuring speed and has big error,but also can not be used to test some of the tests specified in the test standard.Using automatic test and diagnostic system in the detection of the key electrical appliances of the vehicle can obtain the reliability of some important technical indicators and find the main reasons of the vehicle key electrical failure.In this paper,the system is designed for the automatic time domain test and diagnosis of the relevant parameters of the vehicle key electrical apparatus.This system can not only replace the traditional key electrical detection,but also can diagnose the critical electrical equipment.Fault diagnosis can analyze the reasons for the failure of key electrical apparatus.This paper analyses the actual situation of rail vehicle electrical appliances,extracts the fault feature,summarizes up the fault propagation path,establishes the fault tree based on the characteristics of the fault and post fault processing method,adopts the generative expert system to analyze the fault,combines analysis and measured data,establishes intelligent fault diagnosis system and realizes the intelligent fault diagnosis and analysis of rail vehicle electrical appliances.Testing is the basis for fault diagnosis.First,according to the principle of the vehicle key electrical equipment,the detection circuit of the key electrical equipment parameters is designed.Second,according to the test requirements of the key electrical parameters of the vehicle,the test hardware subsystem is designed based on industrial computer,PLC and data acquisition card.Third,according to the requirement of system automatic test,the domain test software subsystem is designed.The system uses the real-time database to store the received high-speed real-time data in order to carry on the diagnosis analysis.At the end of this paper,the system has been tested.Its functions and performance meet the requirements.At the same time,the research results are summarized and the future work is forecasted.
