With the improvement of material living standard,people begin to pursue a more comfortable,safe and convenient home life,smart household appliances are becoming more and more popular.However,a large number of traditional and old household appliances are still controlled by manual switches,and they do not have electricity information measurement and power-off protection,which can not meet the demand of electricity security.At the same time,there are hidden dangers of communication data leakage in the network communication of household appliances.In summary,this paper proposes an intelligent information acquisition system for electrical appliances,which can realize the functions of real-time power information measurement,wireless communication and remote control of traditional and old household appliances,and realizes the safety of electrical appliances using and information transmission.Firstly,researching on the current network communication schemes,the advantages and disadvantages of various communication modes are analyzed,and the C/S network mode,TCP protocol and symmetric encryption technology is applied in network communication.Then,the system requirements are analyzed,and the overall design framework of the system is proposed,which includes two parts: server and information collector.Then,the design is completed according to the overall scheme of the system.For single-phase and three-phase electrical appliances,a single-phase information collector and a three-phase information collector are designed.The two collectors both include microprocessor,power metering module,WiFi module and relay module,etc.In order to avoid the security risks caused by the use of plaintext transmission in network communication,this paper studies the encryption algorithm AES in depth.Considering the risk of key leakage in AES encryption scheme,a dynamic key generation algorithm is designed,and a communication data encryption scheme based on AES and dynamic key algorithm is proposed.The server is programmed in C# language,and realizes the interface of TCP communication,electric energy data query and electrical apparatus control.Finally,the whole intelligent information acquisition system of electrical apparatus is tested.The test results show that remote control,information acquisition and safe transmission of network data can be realized for electrical apparatus.
