The Research On Transformation And Renewal Of Industrial Area In Historical Corridors

In the context of the industrialized era of transition and reconstruction,the industrial area renewal in the historical environment has become a hot spot of concern.In this regard,it is of great significance to study how to objectively and comprehensively understand the value of industrial land,which is to protect the industrial context and combine the needs of urban position and industrial transformation,so that to solve the problem of land decay and improve the quality of space and stimulate the subsequent economic development.Based on this situation,the article mainly elaborates the historical corridor construction method and the industrial area renewal policies,and gives a case study of Gangzha corridor.The article is based on the framework of the corridor construction method,and it is divided into four parts.Firstly,it analyzes the historical evolution and spatial evolvement of the Gangzha corridor to determine the historical status and general value of the corridor,which is to establish the concept of Gangzha corridor.Secondly,the characteristics of the various elements are analyzed from the whole corridor system level,furthermore,potential reuse of the industrial area is evaluated from the site level and the corresponding measures are put forward.At last,determine the core of historical corridor theme and the functional area for each part of the paragraphs according to the elements of association,after that,combined with the urban position and related development requirements,the overall planning structure is determined,and the corridors are systematically constructed from the four aspects of historical relics,ecological corridors,slow-greenway systems and narrative systems,and put forward the strategies of industrial area renewal in the combination of potential evaluation and planning structure in key area.The innovation of this article is based on interdisciplinary approach,such as urban planning,landscape science,systems engineering,architecture and many other disciplines.Based on the current situation of Gangzha corridor,its space established systematically and the industrial area transformation and renewal makes its plan more rooted and systematic.This method frame has reference significance for the renewal of industrial area in historical environment...
