The rapid development of Chinese economy constantly brings forth the technological changes which induce higher developing requirements of our society to the electric power industry.Recently,there is a gradually trend for the power field being collective,intensive,lean and standardized.By following this trend,a decreased accidents ratio of equipment and technical failure can be observed while an increase significant role of human played in the accident can also be revealed.Human error have been proved to be the most important causal factors of accidents in this field.Therefore,it is vital to systematically analyze the human error of the electric power accident.Afterwards,by exploring the inherent law of human error,we can formulate the corresponding preventive measures which contributes to strengthen the human management,reduce the quantity of human errors and cut down the accident rate.Firstly,the safety status quo and the importance of human error in electric power industry as well as the type of Electricity production accidents are analyzed.A representative human error analysis method which called HFACS model are introduced in this paper,for the result of making HFACS framework more feasible,the existing framework is modified based on the investigation report of 190 accidents that obtained from the the State Administration of Work Safety internet and Electric power enterprises.and learned from the existing research.Secondly,according to the revised HFACS framework,the causes of accidents reporting are classified.making use of the gray relational analysis method to analyze the data shows that illegal act,insufficient supervision,organizational process are the major factors of the human error in the process of electric production.SPSS22.0 are applied for the chi-square test and the odd ratio analysis to determine the interrelationships between human factors in each level.The results show that there was a causal relationship between the levels,and 22 completed accident chains were identified to provide the basis of safety management and accident prevention.Finally,in the case of practical applications of power industry accidents due to human error,making use of the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database,Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2010 system development platform,C # 4.0 system development language and Microsoft.NET Framework SDK v4.0 system running platform to design ansd complete the “human error information management system of electric power production accidents system”which provide support for management and decision making,provide data for further quantitative research of accidents stand by.
