Analysis On Technical Effect Of Soft Soil Foundation Correction And Reinforcement Treatment Based On Meilida Garden

The geological conditions in the eastern coastal areas of China are relatively different,and Sometimes even poor soils are reinforced as the foundation bearing stratum.It is obvious that the difference of geological conditions around the same building can cause uneven settlement of buildings.In this paper,the correction and reinforcement of the Meilida building as an example,settlement and declivity observation of building,and its geological conditions were analyzed.It was found that the foundation soil of the building was dominated by muddy soil.the reasons for uneven settlement was discussed.there are some the following reasons,building built on soft soil foundation,and some areas of building accumulated filling.There is eccentric load in the building north-south direction.The water pipes of building froze in the winter season.In view of the uneven settlement of the building,the following correction and reinforcement scheme is proposed:?According to the properties of the soil of the building foundation,and comparing with different kinds of correction scheme of digging out soil,soil removal by water jetting in sinking wells was chosen to deal with building.?In view of the eccentric load and uneven settlement of the building,the anchorage static pile reinforcement method is carried out on the north side of the settlement of the building.?According to the building's rectification and reinforcement program and eccentric load,the building's scheme is theoretically calculated and analyzed.Determine the amount of its output and the number of anchor pile static pressure pile.?Based on the theoretical calculation of the rectification and reinforcement of the building,different numbers of reinforcement piles are proposed to study the influence on the settlement and inclination of the buildings,the internal forces of the raft foundation and the pile foundation reaction of the reinforced piles.Choose a reasonable number of reinforcement piles.? A list of the expenses for the reinforcement of melida garden is listed,and the analysis shows that the number of reinforcement piles has a great impact on the expense of the building,and reasonable rectifying schemes can save great resources.
