In the rapid development of modern society, the towering skyscrapers everywhere, the resulting problems of construction accidents also slowly to attract the attention of all of us, the engineering problems more or less will affect our production and living.Increase as the number of construction projects, and design the construction difficulty with big, foundation uneven settlement problem is also slowly give more, and to make those "problem projects" still can play its use function, so the uneven settlement arises at the historic moment of foundation has become a noticeable research topic again and again and again.This paper introduces the foundation uneven settlement lead to declining buildings at home and abroad. Analyzes the causes the uneven settlement of foundation, and the harm of building (building). Buildings and for some reason need to perfect the structure, at the same time to extend the service life and improve the use function requirements, so this paper introduces the measures to prevent the uneven settlement of foundation.This article is beyond specification requires that the acceptance is unqualified project, so the remedy its tilt reason from survey, design, construction, these three aspects are analyzed. Also analysis summarizes the foundation uneven settlement to the harm of building and decrease the uneven settlement method. Rectification of this engineering strengthening also refer to both the structure of the reinforcement principle and construction method, its basic principle is the foundation reinforcement of existing buildings, should be obtained according to the purpose of relevant data, analysis the reason, determine the reinforcement method, elaborate design, careful construction, the assurance of the reinforced foundation can satisfy the requirement of national standard to the quality standard.In this paper, the existing shenyang a tilt small high-rise, based on the monitoring data of subsidence and the distribution of soil engineering, eccentric buildings and ground treatment scheme several reasons for the uneven settlement of foundation are analyzed, at the same time, the analysis of the "specification method" factor in calculating foundation settlement is still not comprehensive. And detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of rectifying the reinforcement scheme of composite foundation of rammed soil-cement piles is finally chosen combination with uneven settlement, considered to be the most economical, the most suitable solution.Based on the application of the finite element software of ABAQUS simulation of rammed soil-cement piles, it is concluded that the effect of such a new composite foundation on the simulation and theory to achieve the effect of rectification. Also the optimization scheme of two kinds of cloth pile analysis, obtained in the same replacement rate and the case of the same length, pile number will affect the effect of foundation reinforcement.Hope that through this article to shenyang carried out a small high-rise tilt back analysis and study of uneven settlement, can provide some Suggestions and reference of similar projects in the future.
