Research On Rbd Pattern Based On The Old Industrial Area Transformation

With the urbanization process and urban renewal movement continue to advance,urban economic development is transformed from high speed to medium speed.While industrial structure of cities is being adjusted and optimized.Urban old industrial areas are facing new opportunities and challenges.In the past,the transformation of the old industrial area,on the one hand,was reformed on the basis of "pulling down and rebuilding".This kind of transformation wasted a lot of manpower,financial resources and material resources.And it destroyed the historical and architectural style of the old industrial area.On the other hand,blindly learning the experience of foreign industrial transformation makes the old industrial area into a creative industry center.This way ignored the industrial culture and the city’s own historical and cultural connotations,resulting in the phenomenon of "one side thousand cities".It affects the city industrial structure and urban style.Urban old industrial area as a memory of the city development carrier and witness,which need to be a reasonable protection and transformation.The emergence of the concept of urban RBD(Recreational Business District)provides a new idea for the transformation of the old industrial area.This paper starts from the aspects of urban design and discusses the feasibility of constructing urban RBD with the old industrial area.Then this paper puts forward the elements of constructing urban RBD and urban design strategies,and demonstrates them in practice.First of all,this paper discusses the theory of the reconstruction of the old industrial area and the urban RBD.On the basis of the theory,it discusses the theoretical feasibility of implanting the urban RBD concept into the old industrial area.And this paper analyzes and proves the practical feasibility of RBD based on transformation of old industrial area through a large number of cases.Secondly,the concept of industrial transformation RBD is put forward.According to the case analysis,the features of industrial transformation RBD are summarized.Compared with the traditional RBD and other old industrial areas transformation,the advantages of the RBD are reflected.Thirdly,according to the characteristics and advantages of industrial transformation RBD,the elements of industrial transformation RBD are obtained.And the corresponding urban design elements are analyzed from the perspective of urban design.The urban design strategies and key points of industrial transformation RBD are put forward.Last but not least,this paper takes the actual project research for example,which is the construction of RBD of XuZhou XiaDian area.This paper discusses the background,current situation and overall planning of the project.It analyzes the planning and design of RBD(the vital area of cities)from the components of industrial transformation RBD.Finally,the paper summarizes the text.It analyzes the shortcomings of the article,and puts forward the prospects.
