Study On Spatial Planning And Countermeasures In Residential Zones Of Changchun Based On Moderate Openness

Nowadays,City has been the most important habitat for human life,including four traditional functions— live,work,recreation and transportation,and live has always been the most valued.What is more,the appropriate planning and moderate open policy for living spaces can not only patch urban space well,but also share traffic pressure.To tolerant and accept reasonably is also benefit to harmonious urban human settlement environment.This research is based on the living reality of Changchun city,and some different openness of the residential districts in city Changchun are selected to be studied,combined with the social system through speculative space theory and Changchun city residential development in western city actual situation.put forward the planning mode and planning strategy for moderate opening in Changchun city residential development.Through the processing and analysis of the relevant regional real estate information,questionnaire survey,interviews with residents and image maps and other data and information,carry out Changchun city residential space research to background,type structure,spatial distribution,community structure and internal facilities,residents of social attributes and family structure,lifestyle and psychological characteristics and other factors analysis of Changchun city enclosed residential areas.On this basis,explore coping strategies of residential space for Changchun city,put forward reasonable control mode of residential district residential district scale,constructing micro neighborhood unit and create a harmonious life time series and Street open moderately slow rich space for the key techniques of planning strategy,direction and mode for Changchun future residential development in order to provide some practical advice and help.
