| "housing changing China", today the communities in our country has renovated and expanded at the speed of 5-10% every year, it has a revolutionary influence to the city and the society. Some popular problems such as gated communities reflected the absence of "opening" pattern in community that has initiated a series of cities and the social question.This article analyzed the forming process, the reason, the realistic foundation for existing and the all the correlative benefits of the problem;carried on the correlation investigation and questionnaire;analyzed the illogicality between the reason and the existence realistic foundation. At same time by analyzing the essentially connection of the problem to classified the illogicality character in order to findout the solvable breakthrough point ------the "opening"pattern in communities planning. Subsequently begun to design research: "Opening" pattern community planning, relationship between the community and the city, we carried on a qualitative and the quota analysis .Through researching the planning of community under "Opening" pattern and the interior structure to seeking the possibility for the livability demand of "Opening" pattern. In the research which based on reality demand and foundation, we looked after one kind of feasible community "opening" pattern. |
