Along with the acceleration of urbanization process and a great amount of demand for urban area,the original natural underlying surface is changes.The impervious area in the city is increasing continually due to the construction of urbanization,urban surface infiltration capacity generates reduction,urban area natural hydrological cycle are destroyed.Traditional stormwater management methods rely on underground water pipeline cannot solve the problem of urban stormwater problem.City needs a more appropriate of stormwater management mode.Low impact development is a advanced stormwater management technology and concept from abroad.Through a variety of engineering technical measures to retention and accumulation stormwater,simulating natural hydrological cycle,Reach for the ecological management of the stormwater.Our country study of low impact development is relatively shallow,rarely technical practical exploration.This topic comes from tutor’s National Natural Science Foundation project“ Yunnan subtropical plateau monsoon climate zone park green space multi-objective stormwater management strategy research ”,(51168043,project 2013-2015 year).The object of research is Nanjing Jingang Sci-Tech Incubation center,The main purpose to explore the practice of low impact development technology application.Meaning is building a green ecological sustainable city and improve the urban stormwater management.This paper first analyzes the research background,Include the present situation of water resource in China 、 the problems of stormwater under the urbanization process in China 、 the progress of urban stormwater management in our country.After this I did the reseach status on low impact development at home and abroad.In terms of the main research content,the paper through integrated use of literature research method 、 caseanalysis method、project practice method、field research method.First combined with the background of urbanization mainly expounds the low impact development related definition,core ideas,traditional stormwater management mode compared with the low impact development of stormwater management and the related management theory overview of stormwater management.After expounds the low impact development related technical measures of classification and selection,and further research of the domestic and foreign several typical cases used low impact development technology related classic application of the technique,analyzes and conclusion the layout of the low impact development technology and the effect of stormwater management.In nanjing Jingang Sci-Tech Incubation Center landscape design case research,firstly analyzes the basic situation of nanjing area,conclusion the necessity and feasibility of Nanjing to carry out the low impact development stormwater management.Through Nanjing Jingang Sci-Tech Incubation Center field survey to collect data,Analysis of the Nanjing Jingang Sci-Tech Incubation Center stormwater management present situation and deficiencies.Low impact development technology application methods and artistic landscape in stormwater management is the main research in Nanjing Jingang Sci-Tech Incubation Center,and given the anticipated stormwater management effect produced by the project.after,summarizes the application of low impact development technology in Nanjing Jingang Sci-Tech Incubation Center’s experiences and difficulties.Come to the conclusion that should adjust measures to local conditions to decorate low impact development technology facilities,combined with the original urban drainage pipe network system function,fuse into the Artful Rainwater Design and Split-flow theory,To achieve maximize resource utilization of the stormwater management.Finally,give the research deficiencies of the paper.
