With the rapid expansion of the city,the gray infrastructure has been increasing,and the green area has been reduced sharply.All human developments have attributed to the short circuit of the natural water cycle.And the traditional urban drainage network has been unable to cope with the heavy rain after the heavy rain,can not effectively discharge excess rain,resulting in increasingly serious floods in China.First of all,this paper mainly analyzes the causes of flood disasters that increasingly prominent in China.Combined with the LID theory and practice at home and abroad,it concludes the foreign advanced stormwater management model which provides a theoretical basis for the application of Low Impact Development concept in various cities in China.Secondly,this paper analyzes the influence factors of the low impact development in Xi'an area,carries on the field research to the urban green space using the low impact development measures in Xi'an area,puts forward the low development design principles and methods of different development modes in Xi'an area,and how combine with the rainwater system,Road and green space.Finally,taking the pilot transformation of sponge city in Xi'an Feng Qing Park as an example,this paper puts forward the transformation method and effect of the urban comprehensive park rainwater management model under the guidance of low impact development theory,and analyzes the rainwater management in different development modes of Xi'an area Model to provide new design ideas and methods.
