Distribution network is the basic part of the power system,is the power distribution to the electricity supply an important hubThe In order to be able to provide high quality,reliable,safe and economical power for all walks of life,must be on the distribution network for scientific planning and design,to solve the existing problems,improve the grid structure,to ensure the reliability of power supply.In the planning of the distribution network,one of the most basic is the first thing to do is to carry out accurate load forecasting work,load forecasting data is behind the grid planning and design transformation of the most basic premise.In this paper,the methods of load forecasting are introduced in detail,which are divided into three categories:classical prediction method,empirical prediction method and recent intelligent forecasting method.The traditional prediction method has some shortcomings,there are some limitations in the use of conditions,which makes,each method can not take into account all the actual distribution network planning conditions.This paper summarizes the advantages of each method.Based on the study of the actual distribution network and the characteristics of load forecasting,arn improved load forecasting method is proposed,which is based on the improved combination forecasting method.This method is based on the actual situation,the use of two or more kinds of forecasting method combined weighting to form a new forecasting method.The improved method is to make full use of the advantages of each method of composition,but also the weight of the proportion of the way for each method of the shortcomings of the effective suppression,so that the method can make the process can take advantage of each other to play their own Advantage.The weight of the combination can be adjusted according to the rationality of the forecast results.When the result is inappropriate,the model will be returned to the modified prediction model to modify:the:weight ratio,and the reasonable forecast result will be obtained.At the same time,this paper combines the characteristics of urban distribution network,the method of distribution network based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed.In the planning of the upper and lower power grid relations were fully considered,the method is simple and flexible,easy to carry out the actual operation and implementation.In this paper,the Laibin urban distribution network planning as an example,using the above-mentioned improved mutual prediction based on the combination of forecasting method,and get a reliable prediction results.And the adaptive multi-population genetic algorithm is used to optimize the structure of the grid structure.The distribution network planning scheme of the Laibin urban area is obtained,and the scheme is verified in many aspects.The analysis results show that the design of the distribution network is feasible and the planning process is simple and feasible.
