| Distribution network planning is one of the important issues of the power planning projects. Distribution network is close to the users,and it is the link between power generation, transmission, substation and the users. Scientific and reasonable planning is the premise of ensuring the safe and reliable power supply of distribution networks. At present, Dalate is entering a stage of rapid economic development, the rapid growth of electricity load, the existing network structure can not meet the requirement of the region’s development. At the same time, the existing distribution network is weak, the power supply capacity is insufficient. Therefore, the construction of a high standard of urban power grid is of great significance to the social development of whole Dalate city.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the current situation and the demand of the distribution network in Dalate, and carries out the load forecast according to the city’s economic situation and geographical features. According to the history and current status of the data, the load density method is used to predict the power and load. Finally, according to the results of load forecasting and the problems of the current network, the network structure of medium and low voltage distribution network is presented, which is mainly from the connection mode, load rate, middle and low voltage lines and so on. Combined with the development of the city and society, the thesis expounds the general idea of the middle and low voltage distribution network planning and the line construction and upgradation. A detailed analysis of the medium voltage distribution network planning scheme and the low voltage distribution network planning scheme is given, and the comprehensive evaluation based on Interval Analytic Hierarchy Process(IAHP) is carried out. The content of distribution network planning is then improved by the study of the thesis. |
