| Steel structure system is an important part of assembly building,because the steel structure itself has the advantages of batch production,low environmental pollution,high energy utilization rate and fast construction process,its extensive development has set off a great change in the construction industry.With the vigorous promotion of the country and the industry,the quality of steel structure construction has ushered in a major development period.The experts and scholars have applied different research methods to the quality control of steel structure engineering project from different angles,and achieved some results.This paper analyzes the history and present situation of steel structure development at home and abroad.Based on the research results and theoretical methods of the relevant scholars,the five major participants in the steel structure engineering(i.e.,the owner unit,the survey and Design unit,the supervising unit,the construction unit and the Government Quality Supervision Department)as the main body,the "4M1E" as the important control point,This paper applies the management theory under the traditional cast-in-place concrete mode to the quality management and control of steel structure engineering,and on this basis,carries on the thorough research and the analysis,establishes the steel structure engineering Total Quality Management system.Based on the example of the steel structure project ofWeiPinHui,this paper analyzes and utilizes the quality control and control system established in the paper,and applies the quality management theory to the steel structure quality controlling,and finally shows that the quality management theory has great practical significance to the quality control and evaluation of steel structure project.At the same time,by expounding the application of BIM information technology in building construction,it is hoped that the quality control level can be improved by the combination of steel structure quality management. |
