Every fire needs a lot of hose,especially after the big fire,the work of cleaning the hose becomes especially onerous,but in one thousand,and had to hose cleaning,plus the firemen in the fire fighting work is exhaustion of body and mind,and then to fire hose cleaning is bound to increase fire fighters work extra pressure.It is difficult to achieve high efficiency and low damage with traditional water belt cleaning.And ultrasonic cleaning is internationally recognized as the most efficient and effective cleaning method,its cleaning cleanliness is also extremely high.Therefore,the study of the ultrasonic cleaning of fire hose is of great significance.Affect the fire hose cleaning effect affected by ultrasonic acoustic field directivity of acoustic transducer directivity is reaction to concentrate in one direction the nature of the radiation beam,it can direct response of sound field acoustic concentration degree and the geometrical boundary.The directivity is closely related to ultrasonic cleaning,and the more concentrated the sound wave,the better the cleaning effect.Accordingly,the main contents of this paper are as follows:1)According to the bubble dynamics,mechanics of cavitation bubble burst the inferred analysis,analysis of the sound pressure amplitude and cavitation bubble radius,the higher the amplitude,the greater the radius of cavitation bubble,the greater the pressure on the rupture after.according to the kirchhoff integral theorem,deduce the transducer axis and axis calculation formula of pressure distribution,and further concluded that a single transducer and transducer array acoustic field directivity expression.According to its expression,the main physical quantities that affect the transducer's directivity are frequency,arrangement and quantity.2)Based on the distribution of sound pressure to reflect the directivity of the transducer array,the COMSOL software was used to simulate the frequency,quantity and arrangement mode to determine the influence of each factor on the sound pressure distribution.The simulation shows that the higher the frequency,the narrower the distribution range of the sound pressure and the more concentrated the sound field directivity.When the transducer is staggered,the sound pressure distribution is more uniform.In the case of the size of the tank,the number of transducers is not the more the better,so the optimal number of the transducer is further simulated,and the optimal value of the quantity is obtained.3)Ultrasonic cleaning experiment device choice,using the method of orthogonal experiment of 8 65 line glue with various process parameters optimization design,it is concluded that ultrasonic cleaning line optimization of process parameters,the optimal values for the frequency of the transducer for 60 KHZ,the number of transducer for 15 transducer for staggered arrangement.
