Project management has become an important management model for business management nowadays,especially in construction companies.Project management is its main management model.Duration,quality and cost are the three major elements of project management.Duration management is an important part of project management.In construction companies,project schedule management involves the influence of many factors such as natural factors,material factors,social factors,and project construction itself.It is the key to the success of the project and is the top priority of project management,and it is related to construction company's core competitiveness.This paper takes the ZGC project undertaken by ZTJS as an example.First,it introduced the related theories of project schedule management,stated the main methods of ZGC project in the progress management,adopted the questionnaire method,etc.Starting from the aspects of organizational division of labor,schedule preparation,schedule execution,and incentive mechanisms,identify the factors that affect the progress of project progress management.Then by comparing the ZGC project practice with related theoretical knowledge,the problems in the progress management are drawn.Combined with project management knowledge,the study analyzed the causes of the progress problems.Mainly in the following aspects,such as ZGC project progress management,the project manager's organizational division is not conducive to the project schedule management,not a comprehensive analysis of the risk factors that affect the progress,schedule planning is not scientific and unreasonable,progress correction measures are not implemented No incentive mechanism has been established in place and schedule management work.In response to the above problems,the ZGC project schedule management improvement measures were given in terms of organizational division of labor,schedule preparation,personnel capacity training,implementation of measures,and establishment of incentive mechanisms,which provided certain degree of progress management work for similar projects.Learn from and improve the level of progress management for similar projects.
