In recent years, with the development of High-Performance building materials and application of new construction method on projects .High-rise building and super high-rise building achieved great development. The high-rise building provide a good living environment and working conditions for people. Meanwhile, In order to meet the requirements of the landscape. The building shape change to complex.At present, Scholars at home and abroad carried out a series of exploration and study on complex high-rise building. Especially in the field of design and analysis method. Such as the study of complex high-rise building which carried by professor XueYi Fu of Zhejiang University, The analysis and design theory and method research which carried by structural engineering institute of HuNan University, The scholars of ChongQing University also carried some research in this field. On the other hand, High-rise building is widely applicated in cities. For example, ShangHai JW Marriott hotel, Shanghai global financial hub at home. Buri-AL-Arab hotel of United Arab emirates ,The sears tower of Chicago on broad.Based on a complex body structure as an example, Adopt structural calculation software PKPM-SATWE and finite element analysis software ANSYS and SAP84 to get static and dynamic analysis of the structure with considering of the types of transfer story and Top structure form. The results of this paper provide some useful proposal for design and construction.Based on the theoretical analysis of this project, This paper come to the following conclusions.1. The static analysis shows that the internal forces performance characteristics is same as the traditional high-rise building. The major influencing factors of internal forces is the value of the vertical load.2. The natural periods is about 1.70s,Structure frequency is more higher. The greatest internal forces and deformation occur on the transfer story and the side column in the bottom floors are likely to form plastic cutters. 3. The static analysis of two types of transfer story shows that the internal forces of transfer beam isn't same as traditional beam. Some internal forces must be amend for design, The internal forces of truss transfer story is more reasonable, It can get a reasonable component size. It's good for seismic of the structure.
