Researeh On Cost Indicators Of Geomagnetic Station

With the rapid development of our society and economy,the observing environment of the geomagnetic station serving the science and technology and the people’s livelihood is affected by various factors.Especially,the observation environment of the geomagnetic station is affected by the urban subway,high speed railway,high voltage power transmission project and other infrastructure,has been unable to meet the technical requirements of observation,leading to the migration of geomagnetic stations into a development period.Because of the construction site is scattered and remote,the construction standard is special,the construction information collection and processing of the low degree of attention,it is difficult to carry out the accumulation of basic data,resulting in geomagnetic station construction project cost control research is still in the blank stage.For this reason,this paper studies the project cost index system of geomagnetic station project,analyzes and validates the project cost index of geomagnetic station project.On the basis of combing the construction method of traditional construction project cost index,this paper discusses the process of project cost information collection and processing based on BIM technology.By analyzing the particularity of the construction site,the construction materials and the project management of the geomagnetic station project,the factors influencing the project cost of the geomagnetic station project are deeply analyzed.Taking the project of the geomagnetic station in Yingcheng of Hubei Province as a sample,this papei construct the BIM model of Yingcheng geomagnetic station project,and output the project cost index system based on the bill of quantitiest and the component.The absolute value,the relative value and the proportional relationship among the project cost indexes of the A and B area buildings in the geomagnetic station project are calculated,and the reasons behind the implication are analyzed.Finally,a geomagnetic station in Zhejiang Province is taken as a verification case,and the main cost index is analyzed and analyzed,and some meaningful conclusions are drawn.
