Research On The Rapid Calculation Method Of Construction Project Cost Based On BIM Technology

With the continuous upgrading of the construction industry structure and the continuous development of the era of big data,the application of information technology to the field of project cost provides new thoughts and new ideas for improving the calculation model of project cost,which is of a certain significance in terms of research value.How to apply information technology to engineering costs,calculate construction costs quickly,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of individuals or companies in cost calculations requires us to conduct in-depth research on the basis of past experience,combined with new technologies and methods.In this paper,the application of BIM technology to the rapid calculation method of construction project cost can firstly improve the efficiency and accuracy of construction project cost calculation.Secondly,in the process of construction,engineering changes can be reflected in the model itself immediately,which,compared with the traditional method of calculating and pricing,is faster and more intuitional to get the 3D model renderings and the information of the quantity and price.Finally,the establishment of the parametric Revit family library provides data support and brand new fast pricing ideas for engineering cost calculations,and provides certain research value and research significance for the information development of the engineering cost industry.The specific research content is as follows:Through the review of related literature,the concept and characteristics of construction engineering cost and BIM technology are summarized,and the application of BIM technology to construction engineering cost work is proposed.Secondly,compare the usage and characteristics of domestic mainstream BIM software,and analyze the advantages of using BIM software for modeling.By analyzing the cost indicators of typical components,summarizing the physical cost information of the main components,taking advantage of the characteristics of BIM technology parameterization,giving specific cost information to the family in the family library,and establishing a standardized family library with cost information,prepare for the example verification of the fast calculation method of project cost below.Taking the standard floor and first underground floor of building 6# of a shear wall residential building project in Taiyuan City as the research object,use the rapid calculation method to calculate the engineering quantity and cost.In the process of using BIM software to model,when the model is modified or changed,the changed data of the engineering quantity can be obtained more quickly and efficiently,and the modified model and data are reflected to the pricing data center as soon as possible,which truly realize "What you build is what you get." Through comparative analysis with the data results calculated by relevant pricing software,the accuracy and rapidity of the method of using BIM software to quickly calculate the cost are verified.
