With the concept of "Industry 4.0”and "Made in China 2025”put forward,industrial automation is becoming more and more important in Chinese manufacturing industry.As an important part of the permanent magnet motor,the quality of the magnetic tile affects the overall performance of the motor.At present,the automatic level of the magnetic tile production enterprises is low,and the feeding of magnetic tile is mainly completed by manpower.In view of this situation,this paper introduces a design of automatic feeding system of magnetic tile.Firstly,the method of vibratory feeding is used in this system to realize the store,arrangement and orientation of the magnetic tile.Then the attitude of magnetic tile is detected by the sensor and adjusted by the turning mechanism respectively.At last,it uses the SCARA plane joint manipulator to realize the handling and feeding of the magnetic tile.The system can meet the production requirements of the enterprise with the advantages of good flexibility and high feeding speed.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:1.This paper discusses the overall design scheme of the automatic feeding system.The vibratory feeder is used to realize the storage,arrangement and orientation of the magnetic tile.And the attitude of it is detected and adjusted by the device which is composed of sensor mechanism,turnover mechanism and two degrees of freedom pneumatic platform The planar joint manipulator with four degrees of freedom is used to carry the magnetic tile.On the basis,the structure of each module is designed and modeled by Solidworks software?This paper analyzes the types of sensor and the actions of pneumatic platform and motor.Using OMRON CP1H PLC as control core,this paper designs the control system of magnetic tile automatic feeding system,including the vibratory feeding module,attitude's detection adjustment module and a manpulator.2.In this paper,the most reasonable gap between the magnetic and the photoelectric sensor is analyzed by experiment.The Simulation tool and the Motion tool in Solidworks is used to check the key parts of the manipulator.The kinematics of manipulator is calculated while the dynamic analysis of the manipulator is carried out.Besides,the static error of manipulator is analyzed and calculated.3.In this paper,the prototype of automatic feeding system for magnetic tile is assembled and debugged to the most ideal state.The experiment of feeding speed of magnetic tile is carried out and the repeatability precision test of the manipulator is carried out.Through theoretical research and prototype production,this paper shows that the automatic feeding system of magnetic tile can realize the function of automatic feeding stably,accurately and quickly.At present,the prototype of this system has been able to run steadily.It is expected to meet the actual production requirements of enterprises.
