Most automobile body metal parts are stamping parts,so the automation of punching will directly affect the development of automobile industry.The traditional punching production mode relying on human operation has the problems of low quality stability,low efficiency and high labor intensity and so on.Based on the background of unstacking and feeding of special-shaped steel sheets,the design scheme and implementation method of unstacking and feeding parts are proposed in the process of automatic punching production.The modules are designed to realize the full automation of unstacking and feeding in the punching production line,such as unstacking module,taking material module,transportation module,double sheets detection module,visual alignment module and so on.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The design scheme of unstacking and feeding part of automatic punching production line is put forward,including the specific tasks assignment of the system,the composition of system,and the analysis of working process.Then,the composition of automatic punching production line and the basic actions and auxiliary functions of the whole system are determined.The technical requirements and difficulties of unstacking and feeding automatic system are summarized.Finally,the software and hardware parts of the key modules of the system are analyzed and designed concretely.For the unstacking system,magnetic separator is used as the unstacking of steel sheets in automatic punching production process.This paper proposes a magnetic field analysis method for the unstacking process of magnetic separator.The relevant magnetic field parameters are solved and analyzed by using the magnetic field analysis module of ANSYS,and the magnetic field variation rule of its working process is analyzed.The magnetic force influence of steel sheets is analyzed in the unstacking system by changing the permanent magnet material with different coercivity.Finally,through the ANSYS magnetic field analysis module to verify:The magnetism is superposed when the polarity of multi-magnets are placed in the same direction,the magnetization of the steel sheets is strengthened.In order to verify the analysis method of this paper,field tests are carried out according to the magnetic field parameters of the magnetic separator unstacking system.And they are compared with the corresponding values obtained by ANSYS analysis.For the alignment positioning and feeding system,image acquisition is carried out for the sheet on the conveyor belt by using the way of visual alignment,and then the image is processed to determine the position coordinates.This paper designs a GUI interface based on MATLAB testing environment that provides functions such as image loading of special-shaped steel sheets,gray processing,filtering processing,binary processing,morphology processing,edge detection,feature information extraction and coordinate transformation to obtain the processing results of each algorithm.According to the deviation vector provided by vision alignment system,a new workpiece coordinate is obtained by transforming the workpiece coordinate relationship.Then the feeding manipulator adjusts the gesture and grasps steel sheet accurately according to the new workpiece coordinate.Finally,the specific grasping strategy of steel sheet target identification and pose estimation is worked out.
