Abstract/Summary:
Ultrasonic cleaning is the technology that ultrasonic wave in ultrasonic cleaning fluid producing a large amount of cavitation air bubbles to impact the dirty objects continuously to get cleaning.The research and application of ultrasonic cleaning technology have been developed rapidly since the 1980 s,especially since the reform and opening-up policy.Now it is widely used in various industries such as electronic appliances.When ultrasonic cleaning machine works,high frequency vibration can make the liquid environmentin the machine continue to rise.As for the applications using ultrasonic environment for a long time,such as ynthetic chemistry,polymer chemistry,electrochemistry,the change of the temperature on the ultrasonic cleaning liquid in the instrument of materials or under the condition of ultrasonic chemical reaction produces certain effect.In the market,the majority of ultrasonic cleaning machines withthe function of temperature control are large.Constant temperature will involve the refrigeration,and the refrigeration engineering is usually larger with high cost,such as compression refrigeration,absorption refrigeration,etc.Usually,small and convenient systems are required in the laboratory,so the ultrasonic cleaning machinesare equipped with the capacity of 3-5 litres and no temperature control system.In order to meet the requirements to control experimental temperature in the ultrasonic machine,this paper discusses a new design method of the external device which can maintain the constant temperature of the liquid environment in the ultrasonic cleaning machine.The STC 89c52 rc microprocessor of STC company,the core of the control system,has low power consumption and high flexibility which can make the temperature acquisition,control,liquid circulation and human-computer interaction of the ultrasonic cleaning machine a reality.The temperature collection uses DS18b20 temperaturesensorsealed by stainless steel.The semiconductor refrigeration piece,TEC1-12712,is the cooling source of the refrigeration system which is also equipped with the cooling system and cooling water circulation system.At the same time,the water cycle system embedded heating system implementthe temperature control together with the cooling system.The human-computer interaction interface is monitored and set up with a simple two-way button and a LCD1602 display.In order to achieve the thermostatic effect,the control system will collect temperature data of the temperature sensor and the user setting data for logical analysis and then control the work of each system.This device not only keeps the ultrasonic liquid environment in a constant temperature range,but also can be moved,dismounted and installed on different sizes of machines.In addition,the application of ultrasonic temperature in the preparation of carbon nanotubes and the experiment of nano-particle composite graphene is carried out.According to experimental results,the device can keep the temperature of the liquid less than 1 Lbetween 5 ℃ to 60 ℃constantly.The similar products in the market have not been seen yet.So this device for ultrasonic cleaning machine thermostatic device gives reference to the research and development,and it has certain practical significance.
