Ultrasonic cleaning has a lot of advantages, such as high efficiency, good cleaning effect and less pollution. It has been become an increasingly important role in industry, agriculture, medical treatment and so on. The principle of ultrasonic cleaning technology is complicated. In recent years, researchers have been studying the effective high frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine. The discussion of frequency stability is also constant in progress. It could come to the conclusion that the study of industrial ultrasonic cleaning instrument has a practical significance.The paper introduces history and cleaning mechanism of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. And then makes a thorough research and detailed design on industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine: Including ultrasonic generator main circuit, ultrasonic transducer, impedance matching circuit, digital frequency generating and tracking system, software design and so on.Ultrasonic generator is the core component of ultrasonic cleaning machine, which has protecting circuit, full-bridge rectifier filter circuit and single phase full-bridge inverter circuit. The inverter circuit uses IGBT as power switch tube, adopting IR2110driver circuit. After analyzing the impedance characteristic of ultrasonic transducer, the inductor series matching network is selected to match the transducer and the relevant parameters is calculated. The control system uses AT89C51as the main control chip and selects AD9850digital waveform generator as the PWM waveform producer. The frequency is easy to control precisely. According to the principle of phase synchronization, using the LM339chip and CD4013chip to make up phase discriminator of the current and voltage, the frequency automatic follow circuit is been designed. It can ensure work efficiency and effect of the ultrasonic cleaning machine.The paper summarizes the system’s hardware and software design. It comes to the conclusion that the industrial ultrasonic cleaning instrument has many advantages, such as high working reliability, frequency automatic tracking and maintaining, automatic temperature control, simple operation etc. It could avoid the phenomenon of vibration transducer stopped and its output power is stability.
