Ultrasonic cleaning takes use of sufficient ultrasonic energy emitting in the liquid inorder to make happened "cavitations." Principle of ultrasonic cleaning is that "cavitations"comes into being in the cleaning fluid, and bubble sand burst have a strong impact in thefluid, what used to remove surface impurities, dirt and greasy.In this paper, with the status of ultrasonic power development and the specificrequirements for ultrasonic cleaning machine working by ultrasonic power, the main circuit ofpower and the basic program structure of control circuit is proposed. While the main circuit ofpower and control circuit is supplied into theoretical design and experiment.This design circuits using UC3875chip is mainly used in Ultrasonic Power Control.Phase shifted full bridge phase-shift circuit by using the UC3875chip to change the angle ofthe output signal power, by controlling the phase shift angle; it can control the output signalduty cycle, in order to achieve the adjustment of load on the output power. The use of highpower IGBT design of full bridge circuit, and design of the IGBT driving circuit based onKA962chip. But also on the transducer matching circuit design, the ultrasonic cleaningmachines capable of efficient cleaning work. The thesis studies and analyses automaticfrequency tracking system of the cleaning machine, the ultrasonic cleaning machine can workstably and efficiently.Finally, there is a whole system of the experimental data analysis correcting thetheoretical design, the results of system design indicate that this design is feasible andperformance is suitable for the design requirements.
