Research On Project Schedule Control Of City X Flood Warning System

The Critical Chain Method is a new schedule management method based on the theory of constraints.The critical chain method is more concerned about the integrity of projects,especially the analysis of human behavior and project resource constraints.The critical chain method can absorb the influence of uncertainties in the implementation of the project,and eliminate the influence of Parkinson's Law and Student Syndrome.The application of critical chain technology can make some deficiencies in traditional project schedule management methods,so it is of great significance to carry out theoretical exploration and practical application.This paper analyzed some traditional methods and critical chain method based on consulting a large number of relevant literature.Then we pointed out advantages and deficiencies of these methods,and finally selected critical chain method combined with the program evaluation and review technique to make project progress control.This paper researched the construction process for Q company to undertake the project "X city flood warning system" project.Through analyzing many methods of project schedule management,including planning review,network planning,work breakdown structure and critical chain method,we combined their advantages together and carry out.We linked theory with practice in the project according to the project situation,and summed up a set of project management schedule methods,expecting to provide reference for the related projects of Q company and related industries.
