Technology Study And Application Of Low Slump Concrete Compaction And Compaction

There has been great improvement of compaction grouting equipment in foreign country in recent years,the company of the author spent huge amount on introducing it into our country,and finished more than ten programs by using it and accumulated certain experience.During the construction and research process,we find that the compaction grouting theory in our country is relatively backward,still remaining on the stage of filling and compacting,which is behind the latest level in the world for more than half an century.The construction technology under the old theory is very complicate and it requires that the border condition is very hard,even can't be achieved as far as some of the geological conditions.Therefore the author researches on the new low-slump concrete materials,construction technology and design method in order to help the design and application of low-slump concrete in domestic country according to the introduction of complete sets of equipment.The construction equipment of low-slump concrete has been fixed,but the grouting materials are very different in our country and abroad.So this article researches low-slump concrete grouting ointment materials,construction technology and design through experiment on the proportion of different materials according to the material detection,engineering completion detection,project tracking return visit,using the investigation analysis,theoretical analysis,mathematical statistics and multi-level fuzzy analysis.As far as experiment research is concerned,according to the several experiments,from the suitable construction practice and scientific research innovation aspect,we add fly ash to low-slump concrete pumping materials,which replaces the original lime powder,and conclude new low-slump concrete materials which include the cement,fly ash,gravel,clay as the main mixing materials.Through the engineering practice,this article verifies again that this material satisfies the production needs of low-slump concrete grouting,and the application area is very extensive,and also masters how to configure different strength low-slump concrete filling stone body and easy pumping slurry.As far as application research is concerned,this article researches on the design and construction of low-slump concrete in the foundation strengthening of existed building,add-layer reconstruction of existed building and processing in mined-out area through the experience of three engineering programs...
