In the civil engineering field, compared with upper-structure, there will be a lot of problems such as considerable uncertainties, complexities, difficulties in the process of foundation design. It will be safe and we can also get high economic benefit if we deal well with the foundation design. Foundation engineering which is an independent work piece plays an increasingly important position in the unit project of high-rise building. The structural safety of foundation engineering, the construction quality, the progress of the project, the impact on the surrounding environment, the foundation project cost and all other factors affect the foundation design and foundation form. How to choose a program both to be able to satisfy the functional requirements and economically rational, simultaneously also meet the constraints of foundation program is worth us studying.China is vast in territory, and engineering geological conditions are very different. Each kind of soft ground minute cloth cover is broad. In the soft ground on the civil engineering construction, we often need to carry on ground processing to the natural foundation,so that we can form the artificial ground to satisfy the request of building and construct.In recent decades, with sustained, rapid development of Civil Engineering, ground treatment technologies developed rapidly, and many new foundation methods came into being.Each kind of ground processing has its own applicable scopes, limitations, disadvantages and advantages.So it is necessary to do some researches about ground conditions in different areas considerating some factors such as ground condition, processing request, construction cost and so on .So that we can choose the best foundation program.In this thesis,we take a concrete project in Deyang area as an example.The application of raft foundation on grouting ground is researched.The most important researches are about the parameter of sprinkling grouting technology and the technical control measure of mass concrete.We get some meaningful research results and we begin to use it in actual projects. So we get remarkable economic efficiency and social efficiency.The main tasks of this thesis are as follows:â‘ Analysising the typical engineering geology condition in Deyang area through investigating project examples and collecting related literature acquisition of information.â‘¡Taking the project of People's Hospital in Zhongjiang city for an example ,this article explains how to use qualitative and quota technology economic analysis through comparision of all kinds of plans which include both good and bad points, construction cost, construction time limit for the project, construction difficulty degree, construction security so that we can choose a foundation plan which is feasible in technology and reasonable in economy. We do some researches about the feasibility of raft foundation on grouting ground which is used in the high buildings in Deyang area.â‘¢Through project practices, We give correlate technique parameters of grouting ground and technical control measures of mass concrete raft foundation in Deyang area.â‘£We exam construction results through dynamic cone and plate-loaded test ,and at last we confirm the result.The research shows that the scheme is feasible in technology and reasonable in economy and it is also reliable .It is an ideal ground foundation plan for the high-rise building in Deyang area.. This article research results can be used in similar projects in this area.
