The aircraft security support is one of the most important parts of carrier-aircraft recycling activity,and it has the most immediate effect in sortie rate.The support activity needs a large number of sailors to complete many tasks,such as gas,fuel oil,energization test and so on,and every task needs one or more sailors to finish.So the different configuration modes of sailor cause the different finish time and different personnel working intensity.The reasonable allocation of sailors will play the decisive role in security support process.Thus it can be seen,how to allocate the security sailor reasonably is an important research question during the development of modern aircraft-carrier.The research purpose of this paper is to make the working time as short as possible and the personnel working intensity as balanced as possible through allocating the security sailor reasonably.In order to achieve the purpose,the following research on optimization of personnel allocation for carrier based aircraft is carried out in this paper.Firstly,this paper analyses the Characteristics of the aircraft security support activity,and contrasts the advantages and disadvantages of Traditional security model and one-stop guaranteemodel.At last,this paper selects the one-stop guarantee model as the research foundation.Secondly,this paper contrasts the advantages and disadvantages of different optimization methods,selecting the adaptive parallel genetic algorithm as the research method of the security personnel allocation optimization.In this paper,the problem is described in detail,and the fitness function,chromosome,and genetic operators of genetic algorithm are designed according to the research purpose.Thirdly,the simulation system of optimization algorithm is designed in this paper,and the whole modules of the system are designed in detail.Then the implementation process is given in the paper.Lastly,the effectiveness of genetic algorithm is verified by a case,then the further research is conducted on the case.The personnel allocation style of single aircraft and the comprehensive personnel allocation style of multiple aircrafts are researched in the paper,then some conclusions are obtained.Considering the guarantee time and the personnel workload balance synthetically,the comprehensive personnel allocation style of Multiple aircrafts compared with the personnel allocation style of single aircraft can obtain the better personnel allocation scheme. |
