The carrier aircraft is the main force of the aircraft carrier, and the carrier aircraft support is the main factor that affects the ability of the carrier aircraft to be recovered. The major function of aircraft support system is to complete the support task of the aircraft before dispatch and after return, The support is aim to improve the stability of carrier aircraft and reduce the probability of damage in the process of carrier based aircraft doing task. Aircraft support needs various kinds of equipment and personnel to coordinate, but due to the limite of deck space, aircraft carrier can only carry a certain number of support equipment and personnel. While the time of support task is tight and heavy, so the allocation of support personnel need to be made reasonable, and complete the assigned work with minimal staff.With the application of simulation technology more and more mature, using simulation method to solve the complex system is gradually accepted by everyone. Through repeated simulation, statistical the results of simulation, can judge the merits of the system.Firstly, this paper makes a general design for the optimization of the configuration of the support personnel. Compared with different ways of support, Analyze the process and characteristics of the support operations, and overall design the optimization of the skills and the number of the support personnel.Secondly, in order to optimize the number of support group, this paper design a set of carrier aircraft support personnel operation simulation system based on the aircraft dispatched recovery simulation system, as the basis for the operation simulation.Thirdly, this paper compares the traditional genetic algorithm with adaptive genetic algorithm, using the improved adaptive genetic algorithm to optimize the skill of the support personnel. In this paper, the minimum standard deviation of the working hours of each security personnel is the objective function. Optimize the allocation of skills of the different numbers of the security team. And get the optimal skill allocation of the support team in the case of different number of support groups.At last, on the basis of the carrier aircraft support personnel operation simulation system,input different support group number and the corresponding optimization skills configuration,and by multiple simulation, and count the simulation results. combines the result of skill optimization and the simulation results, analyses on the data of different results. The influence of personnel allocation on the task efficiency was analyzed. Get the result of the change of the average degree of people’s work and the completion time of the guarantee task with the change of the number of people, combined with the two curves, the optimal allocation of the number of support personnel and the corresponding optimal allocation of skills are analyzed.
