Design Of Community Commercial Elasticity

With the development of the society and the expansion of cities,more and more people are involved in the city life.As a public building,which is closely linked with life,community commercial buildings' function formats are all-encompassing and innovating.In order to match urban development,community construction of commercial buildings has been a lot in recent years.Nowadays,with the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapid development of electronic commerce,in the face of diversified business format and diversification of the challenge of space requirements,community commercial building is full of high risks and uncertainties.Elastic design may be a good solution to this problem.Elastic design is a design strategy which deals with functional space changing and developing dynamically in time dimension.In order to meet the demand of extension caused by commercial function changes,elastic design emphasizes the construction adaptable and extensible ability.Elastic design includes building from the early stage of the positioning,building design,operation and the whole life cycle of the renewal and transformation of the future.Making buildings' efficient service life longer is the starting point and the core of the elastic design.Maximizing the value in use of buildings,prolonging the life of buildings and preventing the waste of resources are also the important embodiment of the sustainable development of human society.This article first specifies the research objects and research scope of the business community,then collects and consults the development of the domestic and foreign relevant theory of elastic design and related practice projects,and summarizes the principle and method of elastic design.At the same time the factors restricting the elastic design of community commercial buildings are analyzed.Then through on-the-spot investigation,the two different business communities,in terms of the practice and the insufficiency of elastic design,are analyzed and summarized.Combined with the work practice of the individual,finally the author analyzes the constraints encountered in the process of design,and by using the principles and methods of elastically designing community commercial buildings,the author dose explorations and practice from various aspects on the project of Weng 'an Dadi Commercial Plaza,and summarizes some experience and insufficiency.
