Liquid flow facility is an important basis for the development of the flow measurement technology,flow diverter is an important part of the liquid flow facility,and its uncertainty has great influence on the whole combine uncertainty of the liquid flow facility.Thus,reasonable design for the structure of flow diverter,selecting the appropriate controller and the precise timing method is very important for reducing the uncertainty of flow diverter.In the meantime,the traditional common diverter with open structure is difficult to apply on the volatile liquid facility.This paper designs a novel motor-driven flow diverter with an enclosed structure to solve the phenomenon of “water hammer” by the traditional flow diverter with enclosed structure,and selects S7-200 Programmable Logic Controller as the controller,which controls the flow diverter driven by motor more stable and reliable,the test results using the method of transfer time difference show that the scheme has good feasibility.On the basis of the above research results,this paper mainly completed the following work:1.Standardized the design method of the flow diverter,unified the name of the distributor and nozzle's width and length,and designed 8 sets of high precision motor-driven flow diverter motor by using the this method,and they had been put into practice.2.Analyzed and calculated the torque needed by the flow diverter,as a basis for the selection of step motor and step motor driver,at the same time,made it easy to determine the size of shaft diameter,the stable operation of 8 sets of high precision flow diverter for the Beijing far east instrument company shows that the method is feasible.3.Compared two timing method,under the condition that the step motor is very stable,the test results using the flying start-and-stop method showed that timing at the middle of the nozzle or at both sides of the nozzle have equal effect.4.Designed a novel motor-driven flow diverter with enclosed structure,effectively solved the problem when flow diverter used on the volatile liquid facility.
