Due to the accuracy and reliability of water flow standard device verification,people's research on its uncertainty is more and more important.The commutator is the main source of uncertainty for the water flow standard device.The commutator transformation and the innovation of the control system have become the focus of research in recent years.The design and research of the commutator control system is of great significance for improving the commutator accuracy and the level of uncertainty.Therefore,this subject has established a set of commutator control systems based on servomotors that are familiar with hot water flow standard devices.Its purpose is to improve the commutator's uncertainty level and resolve its original commutation mode.The problem of unsteady and inaccurate commutation is brought about;by studying how to adjust the position of the synchronized trigger,the influence of the error caused by the previous manual adjustment on the overall water flow device is reduced.Having determined the key to the design of the control system of this subject's device,Solidworks was used to model the device parts,and the entire device was assembled through mechanical processing,and the hardware design of the control system was completed.According to the requirements of the hardware and software of the control system,the selection,construction and assembly of various components have been completed.Using the programming software LabVIEW to control the software design and programming of the control system,the smooth control of the commutator and the innovation of the synchronous triggering method are realized,which reduces the influence of the uncertainty caused by the manual operation.The diverter under the control system was experimentally studied using the flow meter verification method in diverter verification.Through analysis and research of experimental data,the feasibility and reliability of the control system were verified and the diverter was achieved.The requirements for stable and precise commutation during commutation.Through the analysis and evaluation of the influencing factors of its uncertainty,the uncertainty of the diverter under the control of this system is 0.005%,which greatly improves the diverter's uncertainty level and verifies the rationality of the control system.The entire control device runs smoothly,has a sensitive response speed,and has high commutation precision.It is of great significance to the diverter research of hot water flow devices.
