The quality of anti-stripping performance of solvent-free compound rubber mixing equipment will be directly affected by the good or bad mixing effect of solvent-free compound rubber mixing equipment.According to the above research contents and the analysis of references,it can be seen that the mixer structure and process parameters also have a great impact on the mixing effect,so the idea of optimizing the mixer structure and process parameters through modeling is proposed.This paper uses the theory of liquid-liquid two-phase flow to carry out mathematical modeling and analyzes the diffusion theory modeling between two-phase mixing.Solidworks and Fluent pretreatment software were used to conduct 3d modeling of the fluid domain of the mixer in the mixing equipment.Through the simulation calculation of the flow field of solvent-free compound two-component A and B in the mixer,the influence of the mixer's internal structure,stirring shaft speed and rotating shaft diameter on the mixing effect at the mixer's outlet was analyzed,and the mixer's velocity field and pressure field were analyzed.The results show that the flow field analysis of the original mixer structure shows that the 2-mm gap in the intermediate axial slot of the mixing unit makes most of the flowing two-component glue flow out of the gap directly,rather than participating in the split-mixing effect of the spiral blade,so the mixing effect is not ideal.The results showed that the flow field analysis of the original mixer structure indicated that the 2mm gap in the middle of the rotating square axis of the mixing unit made most of the two-component glue flowing directly out of the gap and did not participate in the distributary mixing effect of the spiral blade,so the mixing effect was not ideal.The model with the best mixing effect is obtained by analyzing and comparing the four mixers with different mixing units,but the pressure loss is large.So modified model,put forward with the combination of the original structure of rotation and reduce size,again for the 3 d modeling and computational fluid domain and Fluent simulation,calculation results comparing with original model,it is concluded that:the improved structure than the export mix effect of original structure was improved,and close to the pressure loss,the optimization results will be for solvent-free composite rubber mixing system designed to provide certain guiding significance.
