Study On Planning And Management Strategy Of Coal Transportation Fleet Considering Environmental Coasts

With the rapid development of the national economy and the increasing demand for nationals,China's demand for coal also showed a rapid growth trend.As China's coal supply and demand to show the reverse characteristics of the railway transport through the "West Coal East Transport,South Coal North Transport" cannot meet the southeast coastal areas of coal demand.International coal prices are low and maritime transport has the characteristics of low freight rates.Since 2009,China has become a net importer of coal since the import volume increased year by year.In addition,according to recent years of statistical data show that the ship's emissions from the same as the ship cannot be ignored,more and more people concerned about the amount of sea transport energy saving.Based on the above background,this paper has carried out the fleet planning for the shipping volume of the charcoal transport fleet.And discusses the management strategy of A Shippingcompany in combination with the calculation results.First of all,this paper describes the world coal resources distribution,production and consumption of the situation,thus the world's coal shipping trade pattern has a relatively clear understanding of the international coal demand increased slowly,coal prices rebound still need some time for China's coal imports Provided the conditions.On this basis,combined with the analysis of China's coal resources,supply and demand pattern,find the contradiction between coal supply and demand,pointed out that coal imports have its inevitability.Then,this paper uses the fuel consumption of ships to measure carbon dioxide emissions and takes into account the fact that the environmental costs will increase significantly over time,resulting in a more accurate calculation of the cost of shipping carbon emissions.This paper establishes the fleet planning model based on the maximum discount value of corporate earnings discount value,and plans the traffic fleet of A ShippingcompanyCoal,and obtains the scale and structure of the transport fleet.Finally,the uncertainty about the cost of carbon emissions per unit of shipping,the transport fleet for further analysis,the different units of shipping carbon emissions under the cost of the size and structure of the fleet.Which provides a reference for the formulation of business strategy of A Shippingcompany coal transportation enterprises.It is believed that A Shippingcompany should balance the number of fleet free ships and rented ships and speed up the process of large-scale and advanced ship.
