Research On General Trainer Aircraft Fleet Planning

With the development of the civil aviation transportation industry,airlines' demand for pilots is increasing.As the main carrier for training pilot trainees,aviation academy have received more and more attention on their operation and training of pilot trainees.Based on this,the following researches are carried out in this paper:First,the research contents of flight training fleet planning are discussed,and two kinds of fleet planning methods are introduced.Based on the perspective of the initial establishment of the aviation academy,the macro fleet planning method is used to comprehensively consider factors such as the increase in the number of recruited pilot trainees,elimination and selection during flight training,and dynamic changes in the size of the trainer aircrafts fleet.The flight training macro fleet planning model with the largest operating profit as the goal,researches the initial fleet construction plan established by the aviation academy,and predicts the optimal training paths,trainer aircrafts purchase plan,and profit for a period of time.Secondly,based on the perspective of optimizing the short-term operation of the aviation academy,the micro fleet planning method is adopted to comprehensively consider the effects of ageing of the trainer aircrafts 'performance degradation and the elimination and selection during training.The goal is to establish the lowest operating cost.The micro-fleet planning and optimization model of flight training is studied.The training allocation plan for specific trainer aircrafts and pilot trainees in one training cycle is studied,and the trainer fleet's scheduled inspections are optimized.Finally,the effects of changes in flight training requirements,flight training costs,and ownership cost of the training aircraft on the macro fleet planning model and the micro fleet planning model were studied,and sensitivity analysis was performed.The impact and reasons of flight training fleet planning provide a reference for more detailed flight training fleet planning and aviation academy operations.
