Healthy food is the basic condition for the development of human survival,in recent years,China's food safety incidents have seriously affected the people's lives and social stability,Causing a high concern from all walks of life.Detection of harmful substances is one of the main measures to control food safety,regardless of food additives or pharmaceuticals and other harmful ingredients need to establish a reliable,effective and accurate detection methods.Chromatographic analysis and imaging technology is the most widely used research field in analytical chemistry.This article introduces an instrument which based on the original chromatography and imaging technology,integrated CMOS imaging detection module,chromatography detection module.The dry chromatographic test module can collect the spectral curves of different colors on the color test paper.By analyzing the spectral characteristic curve,area method,a more reasonable material concentration detection method is put forward on the basis of the slope method,and the content of the harmful substances is analyzed qualitatively or quantitatively.Basic on the D/8 geometric measurement condition of the existing chromatographic detection module,the position of the motor paddle is improved,integral ball become more beautiful because of the reduced of the size.It can also reduce the risk of friction,and enhance the stability of the rotation of the paddle,which can optimize the repeatability and performance of the instrument detection.Based on the existing spectrophotometer and pesticide residue analyzer machine,through the rational structure of the design,A machine can be compatible with this two devices detection function.The stepper motor sampling device is further designed,which realizes the multi-channel detection of the instrument and improves the performance price ratio of the instrument.In the hardware,the instrument increased the photoelectric coupler module,reflective optocoupler module,temperature sensor module and so on.In addition to the new modules,there make an optimization and improvement on the existing hardware circuit,including 3.3V voltage module,DC motor drive module,AD sampling module and so on.Finally,through reasonable power design,integrate all modules and complete the design of schematic diagram.In the software,the instrument integrat the original the program code of two devices,and add the code of stepper motor-driven module,the temperature reading module,and the host computer communication module.Through the software design to achieve access the photos step by step,abandon the external SRAM chip and reduce costs.
