On Construction Quality Management Of ZH City Garden Building Construction Project

Market has increasing requirements on construction enterprise,and the quality of construction products has the vital role in meeting the psychological needs of external customers,use safety,functional implementation,for the interior of enterprise,it involves in cost,progress,profits and other important aspects.It can say "the quality of the products,the big issue of enterprise,the way of survival,must be attached attention to",which shows the significance of quality for the enterprise.This paper used the literature research method,interview method,quantitative analysis method,qualitative analysis method and case analysis method.First of all,this article discussed related theory of the building construction project quality management,expatiated the characteristics of the building construction project’s construction management,and the characteristics of the building construction quality management control and influence factors and methods.Taking ZH city garden building construction project as an example,the paper analyzed the current problems of building construction project’s construction quality management,and analyzed the main factors and the key links influencing the construction quality.Finally,the paper systematically proposedrelated measures and suggestions of building construction project in construction quality management.This paper mainly reached the following conclusions:First,through the interview survey,qualitative analysis was made through information obtained through interview survey,it is found ZH city garden building construction project existed many problems in quality management,for example,project management quality exists in name only,construction quality management effect is poor,machinery and equipment and materials management are not used scientifically in the construction process,the construction workers do not have high quality,the construction organization cooperate badly,finished products are not protected well.Second,by further knowing about ZH city garden building construction engineering project department,the subjective reasons that caused quality management problem of the building construction project include the following: Project department does not establish a quality management goal;Project department’s manager has weak quality management consciousness;Construction quality management work relies on "controlled by others " so that gradually become "out of control";The main management personnel does not play a "leading role" in quality management,no learning spirit and the spirit of seeking the perfection.Objective reasons include personnel management andcooperation,technology,system management,test plan and test tools,quality management,schedule management,security management and cost control.Third,this paper carefully analyzed the existing problems and reasons of ZH city garden building construction project in construction quality management,summarized the construction quality management,established the effective mechanism of Project department management from company level,strengthened quality management cognition of the Project department from different levels,effectively improved the project quality management,organization and system guarantee,controlled each links of construction quality management from the perspective of 4M1 E,developed a long-term partner in the same camp,cleared the relationship of building construction project’s construction quality management and progress management,safety management and cost control,established whole process dynamic construction quality management mechanism based on the management behavior and proposed to scientifically apply quality management methods in construction.
