| Direct current system of Integrated Power System is an very important development direction of modern ship power system,one of its key technology is the DC power system with high performance.As a kind of advanced ship power plant,marine gas turbine is undoubtedly the best choice of a DC power system prime mover.The dynamic characteristics and an effective control method are the foundation of the design and operation of the DC power system.Therefore,this paper researches the dynamic characteristics and the control method of the speed of power turbine,which is useful for the design and operation of marine gas turbine DC power system.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:1.The paper determines the marine gas turbine DC power system is composed of marine gas turbine,ac synchronous generator and three-phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier;2.Based on the idea of modular modeling,the paper establishes the mathematical models and simulation models of marine gas turbine,ac synchronous generator,three-phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier and electric power load.The whole simulation model of marine gas turbine DC power system is set up which is the base of dynamic performance research of marine gas turbine DC power system.And the simulation software is developed by using MATLAB/GUI.3.When the electric load of marine gas turbine generator set occurs mutation in particular 100% rated load shedding,the speed of power turbine of gas turbine will occur mutation even speed,which influences the power quality and is not safe for the operation of marine gas turbine DC power system.In order to solve this problem,in this paper the gas turbine power turbine speed control method is studied.The whole control scheme is composed of the fuel control and compressor after deflated,and the PID controller of gas turbine is optimized by using the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm.Finally,the simulation results show that this control method is effective and can guarantee the gas turbine generator set to be run safety and meeting the requirements.It also can assure the excellent quality of the power.4.Finally,this paper researches the dynamic performance of 60% rated load mutationand grading lightening,which obtain the dynamic change rule of each parameter of marine gas turbine DC power system.The simulation results show that the overshoot and steady time of gas turbine power speed and output voltage meet the requirements. |
