As a kind of renewable clean energy,wind energy can solve the problem of the exhaustion of non-renewable energy such as coal,and also can improvethe environment and realize the harmony between man and nature.The current wind turbine is dominated by double-fed and direct-drive,and the direct-drive turbine has been paid more and more attention by researchers because of its simple structure,easy control,good stability,large capacity and low voltage ride through characteristic.Because the direct-drive wind generator uses the full-power frequency changer,this article emphatically has carried on the detailed research to the frequency changer of direct-drive wind generator,and discusse its topological structure,compare the different And the mathematical model of the double PWM in verter is given.On the basis of the analysis of the low voltage ride-through capability of direct-drive wind turbine,this paper gives the design of the frequency converter with Crowbar circuit.Two-level and three-level SVPWM algorith ms are programmed and simulated.Some suggestions are given to the selection and control of the direct-drive wind generator for the relevant researchers.In addition,in order to make the simulation results closer to the actual situation,this paper uses the Lab VIEW software to build the wind turbine,the electrical machinery,the frequency changer module,and connects these modules,realizes the entire process simulation of the direct drive wind turbine.Moreover,in order to realize the real-time simulation in real sense,this paper analyzes the time occupied by each module.Because the calculation of the inverter is the biggest,the optimization of the inverter module is carried out,and a series of optimization schemes are given.The whole program basically meet the real-time.Finally,the simulation results of the simulation platform are analyzed in detail,and the feasibility of the whole power converter is discussed.It is proved that the simulation platform of the direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine is reasonable and correct.
