At present,hydraulic technology is one of the key technologies to realize the modern transmission and control,it has become an indispensable and important foundation for industrial machinery,engineering construction machinery and national defense products.Vane hydraulic pump is an important component of hydraulic system,it is widely used in various mechanical equipment,especially in the field of construction machinery.To meet the requirements of environmental protection,to reduce oil leakage and reduce noise has become one of the main trends of hydraulic technology.At present,the hydraulic system has the defects of oil leakage and noise.Therefore,the development of a hydraulic pump with good sealing performance and low noise is of great significance to the development of the hydraulic system without leakage and the development of low noise hydraulic components.According to the blade hydraulic pump sealing performance is poor,short life,low efficiency,low output pressure characteristics,proposed a novel spherical blade hydraulic pump,and studied the theory of spherical flow characteristics of the pump,finally carries on the structure optimization design of vane pump.The contents and conclusions of this paper were listed as follows:(1)In view of the poor sealing performance and low output pressure of the vane hydraulic pump,a spherical vane hydraulic pump is proposed.The design of the structural parameters of the spherical vane hydraulic pump was completed,including the structure design of the oil distribution cone,the structure design of the drive shaft,the structure design of the swash plate and the sealing strip.(2)A formula for calculating the displacement of a hydraulic pump with spherical blades was obtained by spherical coordinates,and the accuracy of the theoretical analysis was verified by the Pro/E volume measurement method.(3)On the basis of theoretical displacement analysis,the flow output characteristics of the pump were further analyzed,and the influence of the angle of the swash plate and the number of blades on the flow pulsation of the spherical vane hydraulic pump were discussed.The results show that with the increase of swashplate angle,the flow pulsation will decrease;when the number of blades increases,the flow pulsation of the vane pump decreases obviously;when the blade number is N=8,the flow pulsation is only 3.00%.(4)In the analysis of spherical blade hydraulic pump drive shaft,based on the load characteristics of the swash plate,using the ANSYS Workbench drive shaft on the spherical vane hydraulic pump swashplate,static analysis and fatigue strength simulation analysis;calculationformula of fluid mechanics in orifice flow based on the improved design of the oil distribution cone structure;optimize the structure design of hydraulic pump spherical blade.
