Repair And Reinforcement Of A Reinforced Concrete Structure Workshop After Fire

Fire caused damage to the building,if the use of reasonable reinforcement method to repair the repair of the building reinforcement,can make the normal use of the late construction.Therefore,it is very necessary to reasonably evaluate the damage degree of reinforced concrete structure after fire,and put forward the economic,applicable and can meet the use of the reinforcement method.First of all,this paper introduces the research results of reinforcement methods of reinforced concrete structures by a large number of experts and scholars at home and abroad through a large number of experimental research and theoretical analysis,and summarizes these results.On the basis of the existing research results,some repair and reinforcement methods are summarized,and the common detection technology of concrete structure is introduced.Then,a reinforced concrete structure workshop is detected and identified after fire.The building area is 1288m2,the length of the building is 65 m north and south,and the width of the East and West is 18 m.It is a reinforced concrete frame structure.The fire place is located in the east of the central part of the plant.Combined with the test data,identification report and plant design drawings,the structure of the plant is modeled by PKPM software,and the bearing capacity checking is carried out.Finally,the reinforcement of the protection layer and the exposed ribs are repaired,and the reinforcement scheme is put forward according to the component which does not meet the bearing capacity.The bearing capacity of the reinforcement scheme is calculated by using the reinforcement module in the PKPM software.According to the calculation results,the reinforcement method is briefly analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of different strengthening methods are pointed out.Combined with the actual situation of the project,the reinforcement scheme is put forward for the project.
