| Regarding the new underground station transfer space widened throat area 3x33 m situ continuous box girder bridges as engineering background, for continuous beam bridge construction of the actual situation in the event of fire, the bridge structure in order to ensure the safe use of fire continuous box girder testing, development of reinforced measures based on the test results, and on the reinforced concrete continuous beam bridge full-bridge static load test, to evaluate the deflection of reinforced bridge structures, whether internal forces were within the permissible range, the bridge carrying capacity and make a comprehensive evaluation for working conditions.And has been based on the results to study the reinforcement of concrete structures after fire repair and reinforcement method of spatial analysis and comparison of before and after the bridge, and then comparing static load test data, draw some conclusions for the application of fire to provide a strengthening and repairing some of the recommendations and evidence. Main completed the following work:1. By extending underground situ transfer of space throat of the new station for the continuous bridge as engineering background, the system discussed in site inspection of the bridge after the construction fire, the material test, and repair methods of reinforcement.2. A large finite element software MIDAS/FEA modeling full-bridge are analyzed on the fire before and after the strengthening and repairing of the continuous box girder, and the static properties were in good agreement with both models.3. It analysis shrinkage and creep of old and new concrete on mechanical properties of box, It provides a reference for the future strengthening of similar design and construction of bridge structures, in particular the treatment of the combination surface of old and new concrete.4. Continuous box girders conducted static load test after the repair of fire reinforced, through load test data and the theoretical results of finite element, execute a comprehensive evaluation of work conditions at the reinforcement of the bridge and the overall quality and effectiveness. |
