Research On Lean Safety Management Mode Of Shipbuilding Project

The developmental level of the shipbuilding industry reflects the comprehensive strength of the national manufacturing industry,after years of efforts,our country is gradually moving from a shipbuilding country to a shipbuilding power.Affected by the international financial crisis and other factors,China’s shipbuilding industry is still facing enormous pressure of development,and needs to accelerate the transformation and upgrading,green and safe development,and continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness.With the development of society and economy,people pay more and more attention to the safety production,and the traditional safety management mode of shipbuilding industry has become more and more difficult to adapt to the development and transformation of the shipbuilding industry.Therefore,based on the needs and characteristics of shipbuilding project safety production,from the management idea,method and mode of advanced,innovative research,has important practical significance to improve China’s shipbuilding industry safety management level.The theory and method of system of safety management and lean management,to Jiangsu Rongsheng Heavy Industries Co.Ltd.as the background,in-depth investigation and analysis of the shipbuilding industry safety management status and existing problems,and the mechanism of factors need to pay more attention to the organization management and the role of the "people" in the innovation of safety management in the shipbuilding project in safety management.On the basis of the analysis of the relationship between safety and lean thinking,the safety management model of shipbuilding project is established based on the safety value chain.This dissertation focuses on the production process of shipbuilding project,with three systems lean safety operation system,lean safety control system and lean safety culture system as a supporting point,further explains the application of lean safety management theories and methods in the shipbuilding project,through the implementation of various elements of lean and safety management system,safety management of shipbuilding project gradually changed from the traditional extensive to modern lean,and continuously improve the on-site operation environment,reduce the accident rate,to achieve "zero casualty" vision.
