| In recent years,PPP mode has been used more and more widely in our country.It can not only work out the shortage of government funds,but also increase the quality and efficiency of infrastructure construction.The PPP project has the characteristics of numerous parties,large amount of investment,long duration,large amount of data and gains slow effect,as a result of the project information management,participate in collaborative control requirements will be higher and the project management process.In the PPP project value evaluation(VFM)is a powerful tool for the government PPP decision,but blindly respected PPP project makes value evaluation,many projects are not ready to impose "launched" the progress of the implementation phase of the project is difficult to control,resulting in a lot of PPP project ended in failure.The current BIM technology in the field of construction engineering has been widely used,this paper attempts to apply BIM technology to the PPP project,the advantage of fine management of BIM engineering data storage and sharing project,to solve the problems such as the failure evaluation value distortion,evaluation data,and the use of BIM technology to implement fine management in the period of the PPP project,the project cost control in all aspects,to ensure the quality of the project,the project to improve the level of value for money.On the basis of reading a large number of documents,combining the characteristics of BIM technology,PPP model and operation process and value for money evaluation theory,this paper mainly carried out two aspects of research.The first part mainly studies the BIM technology on the PPP project implementation and effect,this part introduces how to establish BIM 5D information platform in the construction stage and operation stage based on BIM platform based on operation and management,and then through the two BIM platform(or system)meticulous management of PPP project.To improve the value of the PPP project,and provide data support platform for VFM evaluation of automation,but also through the establishment of early warning system of VFM evaluation based on BIM,monitor VFM evaluation results;the second part mainly studies the calculation of specific implementation phase VFM evaluation of PPP project based on BIM,combined withthe welfare project,according to the characteristics of BIM and the introduction of technical project of the specific calculation of VFM value,and at the risk of cost calculation by using WBS-RBS method,AHP method,statistic method to replace the experts or directly The two sides all bear the risk of cost calculation method according to the ratio estimation with strong subjectivity and uncertainty,prove that the introduction of BIM technology can not only realize the automation of VFM evaluation using real data,and solve the PPP project risk,poor coordination,cost overruns and other aspects,to improve the value of the PPP project. |
